About Us

Tim & Lisa Muetterties: Helping Buyers and Sellers since 1979

Tim started Tim Muetterties Realty in 1990. Tim purchased the REALTY WORLD FRANCHISE IN 1999. Tim has been working in Real Estate since 1979. Lisa came to work for Tim in 1993. They are a full service Real Estate office. Specializing in Sales, Listings, Full Time Rentals, and Vacation Rentals. In addition to starting a snow removal business in 2000. Tim and Lisa got married in 1999 and raised three children in the Arnold area. They now have one grandchild. (Love him) Our grandson is quickly becoming a Snow equipment operator and mechanic, He loves Papa's tools!

The Growing Years:

Tim and Lisa work full time in the Real Estate industry and have built many stong relationships with our clients over the years that have become personal friends. We treasure the community that we live in. Purchasing the REALTY WORLD Franchise has given us a better opportunity to keep up with the industry and the ever changing technology. Tim and Lisa both went back to college in 2006 to further educate themselves in our growing businesses. We continue to learn and educate ourselves so that we can be the best at what we do, for the benefit of our clients.

Team Muetterties:

	Tim, is the Broker Owner of Realty World Tim Muetterties & Associates. Tim was raised in the Arnold area and has been in the real estate business since 1979, and received his Brokers license in 1981. Tim was President of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors in 1997 & 2000. Tim is a two time recipient of the Calaveras County Realtor of the year award, and has also been inducted into the Calaveras County Association of Realtors "Hall of Fame". Tim has also served as a court appointed receiver. Tim, has been very active and a major supporter of the Arnold Community. Tim has been actively involved with the California Association of Realtors since 1993. He received Distinguished Chairman of the year award in 2007 from the California Association of Realtors for his involvement in the Housing Affordability Fund. He also was honored and given an award in 2007 for his service to the Calaveras County Housing Affordability Fund. Tim is currently serving on the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee for the California Association of Realtors, and will be serving on the Stragtegic Planning and Finance for 2012 - 2014. 	Lisa Muetterties, Real Estate Broker Lisa has lived in the Ebbetts Area since 1983 and Selling Real Estate since 1992. Lisa received her Brokers license in 2000. Lisa, served as President of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors in 2004 and 2005. Lisa was awarded the "Realtor of the Year in 2005 and inducted into the "Hall of Fame in 2007. Lisa is currently serving as a Director of the California Association of Realtors. Lisa is currently serving on the IMPAC Committee, Housing Affordability Fund Trustee, Legislative, and transaction and regulatory rep . Lisa is also the Secretary/Treasurer for the Calaveras County Association of Realtors for 2011 and 2012. Lisa's Bio
