Tim was President of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors in 1997 & 2000. Tim is a two time recipient of the Calaveras County Realtor of the year award, and has also been inducted into the Calaveras County Association of Realtors "Hall of Fame". Tim has also served as a court appointed receiver. Tim, has been very active and a major supporter of the Arnold Community.
