RENT DUE & METHOD OF PAYMENT
When you receive your confirmation it will indicate the amount of the rent. Rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If paying by check, we require $150.00 deposit due within 7 days of booking. At the time of booking a charge of $150.00 towards the rental fee will be applied to your card. We reserve the right to charge a credit card for the deposit in event of any damages.
CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in time is 3:00pm, if you wish to check in early you will be charged for an extra night and you must notify us in advance. We are open until 5:00 pm, if you will be arriving after 5:00pm you must notify us in advance and arrangements will be made for a place for you to pick up your package.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out time is 12:00pm with no exceptions. If you wish to ski, etc., on your last day you should check out before you go. The people who are hired to open & close the cabins have a schedule for arrivals and departures. After 12:00pm they close and lock down the cabins including the dead bolts which are keyed differently than your keys. Please return keys to the office, do not leave keys in the cabi
WHAT TO BRING
You are required to bring; bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, and paper products.
PETS
A majority of cabins do not allow pets...however from time to time, there will be a cabin in our program, which will allow pets. If you plan on bringing your pet, you must notify us at the time of the reservation. The cabins that allow pets will require additional deposit and may have additional rules for pet image occupancy. If you take a pet into a cabin that does not allow pets, you will forfeit your deposit and be barred from our program in the future.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
We require a security deposit, “no exceptions!” All phone reservations will be held for a maximum of 3 working days. Upon receiving your deposit a detailed confirmation will be mailed to your home address. If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the cancellation period, and we are able to re-rent the cabin you will receive 75% of your deposit back. If you cancel after the cancellation period, and we are unable to re-rent the cabin you will forfeit the rents paid.
REGULATIONS FOR RENTERS
- BBQ's are not available during the winter months.
- If you bring more people than allowed, or have booked for... you will be removed from the cabin! You will forfeit your rent and deposit!
- Leave the cabin in the condition you found it! Make beds, take out garbage properly secured in cans to the street for pick-up, and wash all dishes.
- If trash has to be picked up because animals have spread it around, there will be a charge of $25.00. Make sure garbage cans are on tight!
- If there is a problem with the condition of the cabin when you depart, you will be notified.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to substitute with a different cabin in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as; frozen pipes, malfunctions and/or breakdowns of the components in the cabin, and/or conflicts in availability.
We are not responsible for:
•Power outages
•Road closures
•Cancellation of any local, regional, state, or national event!
•Too much snow, not enough snow!"
•Weather of any kind!
•Snow Flake Lodge's Facilities: Pool, tennis court, and restaurant.
•Insects or wild animals.
•Sequoia Woods Country Club: Golf course, tennis court, pool, and restaurant.
•Malfunctions and/or breakdowns of the components in the cabin during party's stay.
HOLIDAYS
Certain holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum. Certain holidays will have a 10% additional rental charge.
Typically those date are 12/20 to 1/2 and Presidents weekend in February.
POLICIES FOR ALL CABINS
Rates, Cleaning Fees, and Deposit amounts are subject to change without notice.
No smoking rule applies to all cabin guests.
SPECIAL PRIVILEGES
Our Blue Lake Springs cabins (Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Facilities) offer access to Blue Lake Springs & Snowflake Lodge A fee is required and paid directly to the Blue Lake Springs Homeowners Association. We will provide you with a reservation card at the time you check in.
PRIVATE GOLF COURSE AND CLUB ACCESS
Certain cabins do have a country club membership. If the homeowner has a membership to a private golf course, your rental stay gets you on the greens! Ask us before assuming the cabin’s Owner is a member please!
